Xander Tay – Portfolio

Given to me as recognition of my contributions to my scout unit as Patrol Leader and Secretary of the Patrol Leader Council (PLC). During my time as a patrol leader, I believe that I have managed to successfully guide and mentor my juniors. I’ve made lasting bonds and friendships in scouting and I am very proud of the person that scouting has helped me become.
